Welcome to Globalgood Ecommerce, the official global marketplace owned by Globalgood Corporation (GHQ) and managed by Neshuns Corporation Inc. (NGHQ). By accessing or using the Globalgood Ecommerce Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement").

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms & Conditions are binding and enforceable for all users, vendors, and other participants (collectively referred to as “Users”).

1. Overview of the Platform

The Globalgood Ecommerce Platform is an online marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, and donors to create a sustainable, ethical, and community-driven economy. The platform is owned by Globalgood Corporation (GHQ), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The platform is managed by Neshuns Corporation Inc. (NGHQ), which oversees global operations and the day-to-day management.

2. Ownership & Management

  • Owner: The Platform is owned by Globalgood Corporation (GHQ), a nonprofit based in Ohio, USA.
  • Platform Management: The platform is managed by Neshuns Corporation Inc. (NGHQ), which operates globally and through local Neshuns entities in various countries or regions.
    • Globalgood Kenya is the owner of the platform at the national level in Kenya.
    • Neshuns Kenya is the local platform manager responsible for operations in Kenya.
    • Neshuns NY is the state manager for New York in the United States.
    • In territories without local ownership or management, Globalgood Corporation (GHQ) remains the owner, and Neshuns Global Headquarters (NGHQ) assumes management responsibilities.

3. Platform Use and Registration

By using the Globalgood Ecommerce Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and ensure that your account is secure.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
  • You may not use the platform for any illegal purposes, including, but not limited to, violating intellectual property rights, promoting harmful content, or using the platform for fraudulent activities.

4. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
  • Respect the rights of others, including vendors, customers, and other users.
  • Not engage in harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or spamming in any form.
  • Not attempt to compromise the security of the platform, including trying to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Purchases, Donations, and Payments

By using the Globalgood Ecommerce Platform, you agree to:

  • Purchase goods that are aligned with the platform’s mission of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community empowerment.
  • Make donations that support Globalgood’s mission of promoting economic justice and sustainability.
  • Pay for purchases and services using the payment methods available on the platform.
  • Comply with the return and refund policies provided on the site for items that you purchase.

6. Vendor Terms and Conditions

If you are a vendor on the Globalgood Ecommerce Platform, you agree to:

  • List only ethical, sustainable, and lawful products.
  • Comply with the platform’s guidelines for product descriptions, pricing, shipping, and returns.
  • Pay the appropriate fees as outlined in your vendor agreement.
  • Be responsible for the fulfillment of orders placed through your store, including delivery and customer service.

7. Donations and Donations Policy

  • Donated goods are processed and resold like a thrift store unless intended for specific relief efforts, such as disasters.
  • Resold items help to fund operational costs and support the broader mission of Globalgood Corporation, including community programs, job creation, and skills training.
  • Donations are not refundable, and you agree to the process outlined on our Donation Page.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Orders are shipped according to the platform’s shipping policies, and you will receive tracking information upon shipment.
  • International Shipping: International shipments are available for most products; shipping costs and times vary based on your location.
  • Returns: If you need to return an item, please review our Return & Refund Policy. You must return items within 30 days of receiving the product, and certain conditions apply.

  • You may not use the Platform's intellectual property without express written consent from Globalgood Corporation (GHQ).

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to the use of the Platform, the following applies:

  • Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.
  • All disputes are governed by Ohio law and the jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be in Ohio, USA.

14. Amendments

Globalgood Corporation (GHQ) reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
